This is no short- term humanitarian episode. The devastating human consequences to huge numbers of people will endure for decades. The destruction of relationships, communities, livelihoods, homes and infrastructure will take years to repair. The IRC is offering a robust humanitarian response to the Syria crisis. With an annual budget in excess of $140 million and a rapidly expanding portfolio, supported by nearly 1300 staff, IRC?s Syria Response Region (SRR) is undertaking programs in Syria and neighboring countries of Jordan, Lebanon, Turkey and Iraq.The Jordan country program operates in only in Jordan. This position will be dedicated to IRC response in Jordan, which includes health, protection, livelihoods/vouchers, and works with a wide range of partners and sub-awardees.?Job Overview/Summary:IRC Jordan is currently looking for an M&E officer/MEAL Registrars? Supervisor to jointly work with the Country M&E Manager to manage the day to day monitoring responsibilities that are carried out by the M&E registrars for the IRC?s different implemented activities. The M&E officer/MEAL Registrars? Supervisor will plan, organize and oversee the data collection activities, provide support to the M&E at the field level and oversee the quality of the collected data through checking the 3 Cs ? completeness, correctness and consistency - of the collect data.The M&E officer/MEAL Registrars? Supervisor will support the M&E manger in cleaning the collected data and prepare it for reporting, conduct quarterly data quality checks on the data received from programs? from donor reporting, compiling identified data quality issues, support conducting the data audit exercise and field spot checks.?The ideal candidate should have a good experience in managing implementation of the field activities and data collection.Major Responsibilities:
