Job Description

The purpose of this position is to manage all operations accounting and continue to develop, implement and ensure the proper functionality of the accounting software system (MS Dynamics 365 or ?365?) to meet the financial and business needs of Acuative.This is accomplished by working directly with operations departments, designing reports, and developing new processes to better align with best practices. Other duties include evaluating the monthly closing and consolidation process to streamline in conjunction with InsidEdge integration and further 365 automation.Duties:

  • Monthly accounting activities to assist in closing
  1. Journal entries
  2. Review and analyze results
  3. Enhance reporting for operational metrics
  4. Automate, improve and streamline reporting processes.
  • Migration from Dynamics AX to 365 ? Assist with the migration from the current accounting system to Dynamics 365.
  • Continuous Development of 365 ? Maintain and manage all updates and modifications to Dynamics 365.
  • Helpdesk inquiries ? Monitor and respond to helpdesk tickets regarding Dynamics 365.
  • Integrate data from InsideEdge with 365 ? Develop programs to pull daily invoice and purchase order data from InsideEdge for download to 365.
  • Develop automated financial reports in 365
  • Inventory reporting from Inside Edge to assist with monthly AX entries
