Oversee the design and drawing of mechanical systems within buildings, such as ventilation, air conditioning and fire protection.
Responsible for establishing and implementing all mechanical-related policies and procedures within a facility, while adhering to approved designs, schematics, and safety regulations.
Ensure that equipment is properly set up, pre-commissioned, tested (if necessary), and commissioned as per agreed contracts.
Responsible for designing and installing air conditioning and heating systems for buildings and structures, excluding the electronic elements.
Estimate, assign, and schedule resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, and tools needed for all Mechanical related works before execution.
Responsible for implementing and monitoring all mechanical related operations at the site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules.
Attend meetings related to the construction project, and go on job site walks to ensure the project is being built properly.
