We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to design and develop metal works, trailers, tippers, tanks, garbage trucks, and other specialized vehicles superstructures. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for creating designs, conducting research, and developing products that meet customer requirements and comply with industry standards.Qualifications:úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿBachelors or masters degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on designing and developing metal works trailers, superstructures, tippers, tanks, garbage trucks, and other specialized vehicles.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿProficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿStrong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿExperience with simulation and analysis software, such as ANSYS or COMSOL.Responsibilities:úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿTo Design and develop specialized superstructures, such as tippers, tanks, garbage trucks, ?etc.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿConduct research on new materials, technologies, and manufacturing processes to improve product performance and efficiency.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPrepare technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿUse simulation and analysis software, such as ANSYS or COMSOL, to evaluate product performance and identify potential issues.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure that products meet customer requirements and comply with industry standards.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿDocument design specifications, test results, and other relevant informationúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿProvide technical support to manufacturing and quality assurance teams during product development and production.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿStay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering and manufacturing.
