Job Description

  • Participate in the development of the company?s marketing strategy and plans with line manager and ensure strategic and operational communication and coordination of deliverables?
  • Coordinate the marketing efforts related to a company?s project activities in terms of budget allocation, progress on milestones set to ensure set objectives are achieved
  • Manage the marketing budget for a project based on the marketing plan
  • Execute the marketing strategy, policies, procedures and the marketing plans related to the projects
  • Assist in sales centre and its activation according to the marketing plan for the project
  • Coordinate with the nominated development lead the product characteristics that need to be highlighted in the marketing plans
  • Ensure the project marketing plan related to the launch of the products is in alignment with the development plans of the project
  • Ensure pre-sale marketing activities are carried out on time
  • Manage the development of the customer journey for the project based on the marketing strategy for the project and guidelines set by the company
  • Explore and develop new opportunities at the country level and potential target customers and marketing strategies to be implemented and targeted
  • Manage and collaborate on the development and implementation of the communication plans and all communications
  • Ensure all communication material and all press releases are branded according to?company branding guidelines
  • Manage relations with the branding, adverting and marketing agencies and ensure all communications and marketing campaigns adhere to?company standards and promote companys lifestyle
  • Review the content and branding of the customer newsletters to ensure the content reflects the customer journey of the project
  • Support Development by defining the customer journey for the overall experience with a focus on sales centre, communication channels and approach.
  • Support Development by developing required renderings, animations, way finding, enter / exist points, and overall experience
  • Ensure events are according to the marketing plan for time, scope, cost and expected deliverables ?
  • Manage the event setup and management ensuring that branding guidelines are adhered to
  • Measure results of the marketing campaigns and identify areas of improvement based on feedback from the sales team
  • Review lessons learned reports provided by the sales team and customer care and all relevant areas of improvement are highlighted and raised to the to senior management and ensure incorporated in future marketing strategies and plans
  • Liaise with regional and local media representatives, business associates / partners and government agencies to build public relations and ensure necessary level of media coverage for?the company
  • Manage relations with local brand agencies, on-line and direct marketing agencies to ensure quality of services as required and timely delivery of scope of work related to all marketing material
