Requirements:- A bachelors degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy isrequired.- A masters degree in marketing or an MBA is an advantage.- 3 to5 years of work experience in pharma, minimum 2 years(mandatory) of which in a marketing role.- Fluent Arabic and Proficient English, both written and spoken.- Solid knowledge of marketing strategies, techniques andprinciples.- Proven experience in competitive selling, account management,digital marketing and solutions.- Proven understanding of health-care system and ability toorchestrate its stakeholders.- Scientific knowledge and understanding to identify and evaluateappropriate opportunities that are aligned with the internal R&Dstrategy.- Good understanding of market research techniques, statisticaland data analysis methods.- Team player with a customer-oriented approach, and ability towork effectively with people at different organizational levels.- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, ability tocommunicate complex ideas effectively.- Demonstrates strategic and creative thinking, taking the initiative,and being enthusiastic about breaking new ground.- Expert in the relevant therapeutic areas is preferred.
