This is no short- term humanitarian episode. The devastating human consequences to huge numbers of people will endure for decades. The destruction of relationships, communities, livelihoods, homes and infrastructure will take years to repair. The IRC is offering a robust humanitarian response to the Syria crisis. With an annual budget in excess of $140 million and a rapidly expanding portfolio, supported by nearly 1300 staff, IRC?s Syria Response Region (SRR) is undertaking programs in Syria and neighboring countries of Jordan, Lebanon, Turkey and Iraq.The Jordan country program operates in only in Jordan. This position will be dedicated to IRC response in Jordan, which includes health, protection, livelihoods/vouchers, and works with a wide range of partners and sub-awardees.?Job Overview/Summary:IRC Jordan is currently looking for an M&E Reporting and partnership support Officer. Jointly with the Country M&E Manager, the M&E Reporting and partnership support Officer will work on the outcomes & outputs data that are generated out by the M&E registrars? supervisor officer for the IRC?s different implemented activities and donor reporting. M&E Reporting and partnership support Officer.The officer will handle the received data from the programs?, partners and M&E registrars? supervisor officer in terms of quality of the received data through checking the 3 Cs ? completeness, correctness and consistency - of the collect data and prepare the donor reporting, progress toward indicators, share the quality issues findings M&E manger, support conducting the data audits and support the M&E manager in the partnership M&E related activities.?M&E officer ? Reporting and partnership? will support the M&E manger in analyzing the collected data and prepare it for reporting, conduct quarterly data quality checks on the data received from programs? from donor reporting, compiling identified data quality issues, support conducting the data audit exercise and field spot checks.?The ideal candidate should have a good experience in managing data, analysis of data & reporting of data.????????Major Responsibilities:

• Support preparing and the submission of the M&E reports including but not limited SRR report, programs? outcome data, donor outcome report, data verification and reports and quality check.
• Conduct and support data audits and spot checks at the field locations.
• Work in close collaboration with the M&E Registrar?s Supervisor Officer.
• Support the M&E Registrars? Supervisor Officer in cleaning data received from M&E registrars.
• Ensure timely and accurate routine processing & reporting of data.
• Support initial data analysis of the collected data.
• Support hiring new volunteers when needed.
• Support M&E manger to conduct the M&E partners? support activities including but not limited to field visits, assessments, PAA , PAA Support plan and other related activities.
