Operations & logistics supervisorWe are a leading provider of comprehensive waste management, offering services such as garbage collection, recycling pickup and dumpster rental. Job description:- Manage a team of 15 drivers- Cold calling new clients and maintain relationship with existing clients.- Negotiate new contracts and close agreements to maximize profits- Obtain new business from existing and new customers- Analyzing customer data basis and create road plan.- Solve issues arising from customers complaints.- Respond to emails and Act upon customers? requests.- Manage import & export documentation.- Receiving client calls between 7:00am-10:00pm 6 days per week.- Manage all the company vehicles maintenance and regular servicing.- Performs other duties as assigned, some of which may be essential to the position.
