1. Program, plan, and coordinate Engineering Department to serve projects needs in timely manner.2. Coordinate with Corporate Engineering for the Development of concept design, and other engineering functions when and as required.3. Coordinate with third parties engineering entities when and as required for timely delivery of assigned scope.4. Provide guidance to the Engineering Department on all technical matters.5. Liaise with Client, Consultant, Third Parties & site Management for timely deliverables.6. Ensure timely receipt of IFC drawings and study drawings for oh-hold items, conflicts, etc.7. Manage the preparation of all required engineering detailing, shop-drawings to ensure smooth project execution.8. Manage the preparation of as-builts at project completion.9. Manage the BIM requirement of the project.10. Prepare method statements (MSs), constructability evaluation. This will be a requirement at a later stage after winning more projects especially complex ones.11. Monitor department performance in line with project progress.12. Perform overall quality control of work procedures (schedule, plans, personnel?s performance) and report regularly on projects status.
