Job Description

We are looking for intelligent, passionate, and organized Lead Generation Researchers, who will be helping companies in the Middle East hire amazing talent!Lead Generation Researchers are responsible for prospective customer outreach.What youll be doing:

  • Contact customers to generate and nurture warm leads for our sales team;
  • Help first-time clients with their registrations;
  • Gather and record customer information on CRM;
  • Meet and exceed lead metrics;
  • Understand the features and benefits of our products;
  • Identify market potential by qualifying leads;
  • Initiate sales process by communicating with customers to understand their hiring requirements;
  • Make an average of 100+ outbound calls per day;
  • Find new ways to reach new customers;
  • Coordinate with the sales team on a daily basis to ensure effective lead management.
