These efforts include coordinating the initiatives of multiple teams and external clients in order to deliver according to the plan and service level agreements. Hybrid schedule.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The below listing of essential functions is not an inclusive listing of all duties that may be requested to be performed by supervisor or manager.* Develop requirements, outlines project tasks, budgets, and schedules. * Oversee all phases of a project from conception to completion. * Ensure scope is tightly controlled and timely accurate decision are made. * Follow PMI standards to manage projects through the project lifecycles of initiation, planning, execution, controlling and closure. * Ensures project is meeting correct documentation and reporting standards to stay on schedule, budget and meet performance metrics. * Regularly reports on financial health of project. * Maintains quality by establishing and enforcing organization standards related to quality assurance. * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results and activities as needed.SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* Work closely with technology team to develop system requirements. * Work closely with business teams to ensure user requirements and test events are executed properly.The above listing of essential and periodic functions is not an inclusive listing of all duties that may be required to be performed.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:* Knowledge of project management tools like Microsoft Project is required. * Technical understanding and familiarity with technology related terminology and processes. * Ability to analyzing information. * Strong problem-solving skills. * Developing and managing project budgets. * Strong team coordination skills. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Requires the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff at all levels of the organization. * Ability to manage a project using a variety of methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, etc).EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:* Bachelor?s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related area, or equivalent. * Education or training in project management or agile methodologies is preferred.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
