You must possess excellent analytical and communication skills and have a passion for delivering outstanding support.As a Senior IT Security Architect, you will be a part of the HBTF?s Security Architecture & Projects team. The Security Architecture & Projects team designs security measures for new services, applications, or infrastructure; assesses information security risks on projects and assets; supports any business or initiative by providing security advice on request; and documents security needs and reference architectures and implements new IT Security Projects & technologies.Key responsibilities:- Safeguards information system assets by identifying and solving potential and actual security problems.- Implements security improvements by assessing current situation; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.- Test and evaluate new technologyand solution- Design, analyze and implement efficient IT security systems - Identifying, monitoring, and defining the requirements of the overall security of HBTF systems- Support IT architects to Identifying, monitoring, and defining the requirements of the overall security of HBTF Systems architectures based on security patterns- Contribute to the overall evolution of cybersecurity adoption throughout the enterprise.- Influence security practice in the IT and business community through knowledge sharing sessions.- Support management in the development of strategic vision and roadmap relating to security services and write high quality management memos.- Be open and constructive in responding to ad-hoc requests from security colleagues, IT management and business partners.- Develop and maintain an efficient, scalable operational procedures for managing and operating HBTF?s IT Security infrastructure.- Work closely with different teams to facilitate a secure development and implementation process- Guide/Perform internal penetration tests and plan third-party penetration tests- Deployment & documentation of best practices & identify risks in the environment.- Assist in creating network organization and segmentation guidelines.- Optimize new technology services through structured continuous improvementQualifications:- 5+ years of experience in IT/ information security or any related field- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, or related technical field.- Relevant professional certificates (e.g., CISM, CISA,CISSP) are recommended.- Excellent written and oral communication skills- Good Knowledge in penetration testing and techniques is a plus- Good Knowledge in security solutions ,activities and controls- Good Knowledge with one or more of the cloud platforms Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is a plus- Have expertise in securing software development and/or DevSecOps is a plus for any of these fields- Good knowledge of Security architecture and Security architecture frameworks- Good knowledge of Security Frameworks and Security Best Practices such as NIST, OWASP,SANS top 25 ,CIS- Extensive experience in cyber security related activities and controls- Working within HBTF requirements to design & deliver relevant projects within agreed timescales.- Preparation and presentation of security architecture design reports and technical implementation plans- Advanced understanding of TCP/IP, common networking ports and protocols, traffic flow, system administration, OSI model, defense-in-depth and common security elements.- Understanding of mobile technology and OS (i.e. Android, iOS, Windows), VMware technology, and Unix and basic Unix commands- Configuring and implementing Security solutions track record.- Mentor the team and provide assistance as needed on implementation and operations of HBTF IT Security infrastructure solutions.- Availability to provide after-hours support on a scheduled / non-scheduled basis.- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills- Can work well in collaboration with other people and act solution-oriented and independent your workCompany: Industry: Banking and Financial Services Job Location: Amman, Jordan Career Level: Senior (Team Leader/Staff Supervisor) Date Posted: 31-08-2022 Ref.
