About UWallet :UWallet is a leading mobile payments service provider established back in 2014 with extensive background in mobile payments technologies, and a clear vision toward leading the Jordanian e-wallet services under the control and supervision of the Central Bank of Jordan.UWallet is standing for a robust consortium of diversified partnerships of banking institutes, mobile network operator, and Payment Service Provider resulting to an integrated collaborative ecosystem furnished to serve our clients with the best and most convenient services. UWallet is the brand of e-wallet service that can be easily activated on mobile devices, offering our clients a wide spectrum of convenient secure ways to execute local and international monetary transactions in few seconds, anytime, and anywhere.Job Purpose: Responsible for administrating, managing, and monitoring UWallet mobile payment platform applications and any UWallet related application(s), in addition to supporting in technical operations planning, coordination, and after operation system health checks.Also, responsible for overseeing and monitoring all aspects of UWallet?s IT infrastructure in coordination with internal and external parties, this includes networks, servers, software and hardware, platforms security, performance, and should be able to perform troubleshooting to address any problems.Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage all UWallet?s application configurations, settings, services, and profiles
  • Manage system users (creation, permissions, activation, termination, transfer) and configure users in accordance to users? creation/update cycle and Information Security policies and procedures
  • Manage UWallet mobile payment accounts creation/termination, validate and document requests, and configure newly acquired/required accounts in accordance to the account on-boarding/update cycle
  • Coordinate, lead, and run UWallet system deployment operations according to the required procedures, receive deployment notes, conduct post deployment testing and health checks, and issue post deployment reports
  • Issue the required UWallet mobile payment reports and script/run SQL queries on database level to issue the required reports
  • Act as the point of contact with IT, Information Security, and Business Continuity teams, and share the status/updates with the management
  • Oversee and monitor UWallet?s infrastructure and handle related agreements/service contracts
  • Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the management falling within the job role?s scope of work including field visits during marketing on field campaigns.
