Develop infrastructure design and costing for business and IT initiatives, and provide subject matter expertise for strategy and standards development
Install and upgrade servers? components, software, manage virtual servers, integrate automation processes, backup, and recovery services.
Troubleshoot servers? hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
System monitoring and maintenance including configuration & security management, patching, automation, hardening, and system upgrades.
Manage user accounts, credentials, permissions, access rights, storage allocations, and active directory administration.
Liaising with 3rd party vendors, IT providers, etc. for specific requirements.
Develop consensus on IT systems analysis, design and development requirements and document all requirements through pre-approved processes and templates.
