Job Description

Job Brief:Responsible for the expats segment in terms of acquisition and retention for existing subscribers to ensure achieving assigned KPI?s while ensuring a smooth customer journey.Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in introducing innovative value propositions for expats? segment to acquire new customers and retain existing customer base.
  • Assist in developing an end-to-end marketing plan for expats segment and lead the relevant communication across the business.
  • Ensure proper implementation of the plan and update it whenever new insights are available.
  • Initiate ideas and follow up on the development, approval, training, and communication of new products/ changes/ promotions.
  • Understand expats segment needs and formulate clear insights about consumer behavior, lifestyle, and aspirations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the global practices and launched innovative products.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of existing products, compare it to the competitors? relevant offers, and come up with recommendations and action plans.
  • Conduct field visits to Umniah?s customers? touch points (dealers/sub-dealers/call center/retail shops/ back office) in addition to the competitors? shops.
