Skills and attributes for success- Extensive knowledge of MENA insurance regulations - Good understanding of economic or market issues and the ability to interpret their impact on clients - Possess strong interpersonal and teaming skills - Leverage technology to continually learn, improve service delivery and maintain our leading edge best practices - Strong presentation skills and proficiency in the use of PowerPoint, Word and Excel - Build an understanding of our solutions, share knowledge and be able to draw on subject matter specialists accordingly - Self-motivated with lots of energy and drive - Effective project management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and client presentations To qualify for the role you must have- 10+ years of insurance business transformation / regulatory / process reengineering experience at a major insurer or any other consulting firm - Knowledge and experience of insurance regulations / business operations, exposure to regional and global insurance practices - Previous experience of working with or for an insurance regulator - Strong academic background with a bachelors or masters degree ideally business or finance related supplemented ideally with a professional qualification - Experience of managing and developing people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring will be required - Demonstrate strong planning, execution and reporting skills - Analytical skills What we look forHighly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
