Supports in monitoring and implementing Organizational Performance Management System for JRF on a yearly basis to ensure that JRF is effectively achieving its goals.
Supports in monitoring the organizational performance and evaluate results and achievements through reporting quarterly on the pre-set quantitative and qualitative KRIs/KPIs of the annual operational plan to ensure the executive management is up to date.
Conducts periodic Indicator Audits and collects all supporting documents/ evidences, to ensure proper reporting of set indicators and outcomes.
Supports in developing SOPs and process flowcharts to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and accountability.
Supports in reviewing the internal controls effectiveness and recommend any enhancement to ensure continuous improvements of current systems and processes.
Assists in monitoring the implementation of the set SOPs, to ensure their compliance through periodic checks and constant planning for improvement.
Develops measurement tools, collects and analyses the data to prepare a well-designed satisfaction reports.
Ensures that all written materials are of high quality both content and language wise, as well as tone of language.
