Around the globe, our Technology teams are relentless in our pursuit of superior analytics, technology, process and support.ABOUT THE ROLEInfrastructure service delivery role on the Nielsen Media and GraceNote Amman Office, interacting with users and regional/global teams to be able to deliver infrastructure service. Implement and follow Global infrastructure standard and rules.ROLE DETAILS+ Install, unistall, configure, troubleshooting, upgrade, patch & maintain OS and 3rd party software+ Coordinating with Global infrastructure teams for Global Image installation+ Manage purchase process and purchase order creation+ Assist users for Googles suite products+ maintain an hardware inventory+ setup, reinstall, image laptops and desktops based on planned refresh and growth company plan+ logging service requests+ coordinating with 3rd party vendors+ follow Nielsen policy for Laptops and Desktops+ maintain a full inventory of the mobile distribution+ assist and troubleshooting Mobiles issues+ assist and troubleshooting Printers issues+ produce reporting on hardware and software based on Nielsen Infrastructure requests+ manage user support using ServiceNow tool+ respect ticket resolution SLAs+ install servers, storage, network devices based on received instructions+ strictly monitor backup environment and successful rate+ flexibility is required+ Maintain a good and monitored infrastructure service to the local users and interact with the regional or global colleaguesQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS+ Good Microsoft Operative System Skill+ Good Linux Operating System Knowledge+ Basic understandings of Networking concepts+ Basic understanding of Storage concepts+ English speaking/writing is required for technical instructions and explanations at least 2/3 Years of experience in the role+ Good communication skill with users+ Customer oriented attitude+ Learning attitudeABOUT THE TEAMGreat opportunity to be part of an International Team, when the role will be consolidated there will be also the possibility to expand and help remotely other Countries & Daily interaction with other team members and different cultureABOUT NIELSENAs the arbiter of truth, Nielsen Global Media fuels the media industry with unbiased, reliable data about what people watch and listen to.
