Description for Internal Candidates Roles and Responsibilities The ICT Coordinator for the NRC Jordan Country Office is responsible for ensuring all NRC Global & Local ICT policies and guidelines are implemented and to ensure the efficient and cost effective set-up. Responsibilities for Internal Candidates - Roles and Responsibilities > The ICT Coordinator for the NRC Jordan Country Office is responsible for ensuring all NRC Global & Local ICT policies and guidelines are implemented and to ensure the efficient and cost effective set-up. > Generic responsibilities + Adherence to NRC policies, guidance and procedures.+ Implement NRCs systems and procedures at area level.+ Ensure adherence to NRC policies, handbooks, guidelines and donor requirements.+ Prepare and submit reports and analysis.+ Ensure proper filing of all support documents.+ Support line managers in procedures and require support team trainings.+ Management of support team.+ Ensure development and implementation of administrative systems and procedures.+ Actively promote PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standards & principles within NRC and amongst beneficiaries served by NRC. > Specific responsibilities + Manage the ICT team ensuring clear division of roles and responsibilities and allocation of tasks. Assist the ICT staff, where applicable, in their day-to-day responsibilities.+ Explore and recommend ICT and digital solutions+ Implement field assessment / feasibility studies on any ICT global initiative, to ensure its practical viability in the field.+ Maintain overall responsibility for all ICT based contracts ensuring the best value for money+ Identify opportunities and recommend solutions that will improve current organizational processes+ Ensure software, hardware and network installs, re-installs, upgrades, moves, changes and relocations are planned and implemented when necessary and as required.+ Develop, roll-out and oversee the implementation of a NRC Jordan ICT Policy and guidelines+ Ensure a unified network and computer setup for all the field offices.+ Ensure system security including all NRC Networks, Servers, and Computers always free of virus and malicious code.+ Responsible for forecasting and management of the ICT budget and Supporting ICT- related procurement including researching solutions, making recommendations for product purchases and participating in bid evaluations.
