Key Tasks:

?Establish and implement the HR Plan and practices that effectively communicate and support the company?s vision and strategy.
Act as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each division regarding key organizational and management issues.
? Provide advisory and consultancy services on all aspects of employment law and practices to the Managing Partner and all company department heads, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and practices.
Develop and maintain effective policies and procedures on a range of HR matters, including recruitment and selection, remuneration, health and well-being, working life balance.
Oversee payroll and rewards.
Develop the training and development program for the company.
Review and submit periodic reports required for management purposes and conduct relevant reports for the company.
Maintain the organizational charts.
Represent the company at formal forums and meetings promoting the positive image and enhanced reputation of the company both internally and externally
Any Tasks assigning by the Line Manager
Job Office-based, Flexibility to travel required

Supervisory / Leadership / Managerial Tasks:

Lead and align the department with Ideation, Vision, Environment and Execution.
Be an inspiration leader by strong principles and commitment to the organization based on organization, resilience and agility.
Lead, maintain and monitor the task management systems for his/her subordinates.
Lead, develop and implement KPIs to align metrics within companys vision, in relation to its goals and strategy.
Recommend training and professional development of staff.
