Job Description

Overseeing the full scope of Human Resources Services functions, through effectively directing staff in the areas of: employee database maintenance, payroll, benefits, employees? attendance, employee relations, contracts preparation and policy/procedure implementation in order to provide high level of services to all employees.

  • Leading and managing the HR services and processes including and not limited to payroll, income tax, Social Security, and employees? relations.
  • Acting as a focal point on all issues related to Social Security and ensuring that company and employees are receiving the required services and the companys accounts are accurate.
  • Approving all correspondences necessary for employee terminations and ensuring a proper and timely employees clearance procedure.
  • Managing the relationship with the governmental institutes to ensure the proper reporting and implementation of the laws and regulations.
  • Handling employees? inquiries and complaints by interpreting a proper service and clarifying HR policies and procedures.
  • Responding to employee relation inquiries such as issuing official letters, experience letters and salary slips.
  • Overseeing the flow of data including keeping up-to-date employee information on the HR information system or any employees? data records.
  • Reviewing and updating current HR Services related policies and setting new procedures when the need arises.
  • Keeping abreast regarding all employees? related rules and regulations (Internal bylaws and ministry of labor laws) to be documented and acting as a focal point for all related issue.
  • Ensuring the adherence of all employees to rules, regulation and internal bylaw and proceeding with proper actions in case of any deviation.
