Job Description

Shaban Group is looking for HR manager.Required experiences:1. Must be well-versed in each of the human resources disciplines ? compensation, benefits, training, recruitment, and contracts management.2. Prepare the required reports for the department.3. Corporate with other departments to ensure that the company?s policies, procedures, and instructions are understood and applied.4. Make sure that the activities followed in the department are consistent with the company?s requirements and directives.5. Prepare, supervise, and scrutinize payroll and overtime.6. Fully aware of the Jordanian labor law, Social Security and a good knowledge of Income Tax.7. The ability to make job description for all positions and jobs.8. The ability to make Performance evaluation forms for all jobs and evaluate employees.9. Follow and file up the legal documents related to salaries, policies, and regulations.10. Follow up the health insurance employee file and get the best offers from insurance companies.11. Follow up the Social Security file for employees, as well as follow-up by the Ministry of Labour on matters related to employees.12. Plan and develop training for the company?s employees in line with the company?s business requirements and the systems in which it operates.13. Follow up the commitments of all employees of the company to work.14. Follow up all administrative matters of security, public safety, hygiene, and labour accommodation.15. Follow up all licenses, commercial records, and company?s importer lice.16. Follow up all the contracts and agreements, on matters such as employee transportation, warehouse security, hygiene, secret detector, and any other related contracts.17.
