Working in coordination with the humanitarian community and the Government of Jordan, the IRCs assistance programs for children in Jordan include Zaatari Camp and urban-based refugee assistance (Mafraq, Ramtha, Irbid).The PositionThe Health Program Support position will work jointly with the rest of the health team and other departments and will be mainly responsible for following up with the patients on the medical services that IRC are providing to the patients either through the private sector or through the public sector to make sure providing the needed services to the patients according to the international guidelines and protocols, receiving service registration requests and adding these requests on the HIS, verifying the Hardcopy and soft copies of documents related to the services, and will be responsible for updating and reflecting different medical and non-medical information for the patients on the Health Information System (HIS).Key ResponsibilitiesReferral supervision
