A leading company in the Printing and Packaging industry is looking to hire a ?Head ofQuality Assurance? according to the following specifications.Responsibilities:1. Follow up on the implementation of the Integrated Management System (IMS)within the company.2. Follow up on, implement and analyze corrective and preventive measures whennecessary.3. Follow up on customer complaints, implement all preventive and correctivemeasures for each complaint and keep records of them.4. Follow up on the legal requirements related to the company's products, materials,processes and procedures, ensure compliance with these requirements and followup on any amendments.5. Prepare the administrative review meeting, analyze all data related to the QualityAssurance department, and follow up on all recommendations and assignmentsand ensure they are being implemented.6. Prepare and implement the internal audit annual plan, issue audit reports andprepare reports on corrective measures taken for each case of non-conformance.7. Distribute customer satisfaction surveys and analyze their results.8. Follow up on the quality, environment and public security objectives set fordepartments or employees and ensure their achievement.9. Supervise the issuance of all documents and procedures of the IntegratedManagement System and prevent the unintended use of canceled documents.10. Supervise the quality assurance officers throughout the various stages, providefeedback on any challenges they face, and ensure they take correct procedures ordecisions.11. Periodically study cases of non-conformance and analyze the results.12. Prepare the raw materials inspection reports and compare them with the requiredspecifications, as well as coordinate with the Procurement department todetermine the validity of the purchased materials and their compliance with therequired specifications.13. Follow up on all cases of non-conformance resulting from the external audit andtake appropriate corrective measures.
