Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain documentation of insurance transcripts and manage a schedule for premium payments and policy expiration dates.
Notify insurance companies of changes effecting insurance coverage.
Review data renewal and policy applications, adding any recommendation and forwarding application to insurance companies.
Analyze and administer employees programs including health and group life programs.
Review and audit policies terms and conditions or any amendments before processing for approvals.
Negotiate with insurance companies on major claims to ensure timely settlements.
Follow up in procedure for processing new, renewed, and / or amended corporate insurance policies.
Provide all RJ- worldwide outstations with needed insurance certificates or technical reviews if needed in timely manner
