Job Description

About Us:TYD Studio is the first hot yoga studio in Amman, centrally located in Abdoun. We aim to build a warm and connected community of likeminded people, offering a range of workouts, as well as workshops, retreats and talks. We pride ourselves on providing a serene, airy, and minimalist environment for our guests to practice yoga and mindfulness.Job Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome and check in guests for classes.
  • Handle phone and in-person bookings and inquiries.
  • Assist guests with information about classes, memberships, and merchandise.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient front desk operations.
  • Support studio events and promotions.
Growth Opportunity: This position can grow into a managerial role, with additional responsibilities including:
  • Overseeing day-to-day studio operations.
  • Scheduling and coordinating instructor timetables.
  • Managing inventory for food and drink offerings.
  • Handling social media management and marketing efforts.

Criteria:
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience required (receptionist, assistant, sales, events, etc.)
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Warm and personable character
  • Strong work ethic and a desire to help a new business grow
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours as outlined below
Working Hours:Sunday to Wednesday: 8 AM - 1 PM and 5.30 PM - 9 PMThursday: 8 AM - 1 PMSaturday: 9 AM - 2 PM, 6 PM - 10 PM
