Also, responsible for analysing the investigation findings that will assist in avoiding any future possible fraudulent issues.Responsibilities:

  • Monitor eWallet accounts and transactions regularly to identify any fraudulent activities
  • Perform UWallet regular control check-ups on segregation of duties related to authorization, custody of assets, and recording/ reporting of transactions
  • Establish a process to detect, investigate, and resolve any potential UWallet significant fraud
  • Investigate UWallet system misuse, response capabilities, and maintain system logs for an adequate period to perform investigations
  • Perform product review to identify any vulnerabilities (data analysis and data extraction)
  • Establish a process to detect, investigate, and resolve potentially significant fraud/revenue leakage
  • Investigate and report fraud/revenue leakage cases related to commercial manual operations
  • Request periodic reports of any fraud or unethical conduct (if needed), perform fraud investigations, and submit reports to the concerned parties
  • Automate, update, and enhance the fraud management and revenue assurance processes in addition to implementing preventive measures to avoid any future possible fraudulent issues
