The community designers will be core team members on all stages of the innovation process.?Job Overview/Summary: The Community designer will work with the IRC design specialist, design research consultants, mental health advisor, and the Airbel Innovation lead to conduct field work related to?Major Responsibilities:?Co-create research tools with IRC design researchers???????? Advice design researchers on research tools???????? Finalize design research tools in collaboration with translators and design researchers?Interview Jordan and Syrian beneficiaries based on the program?s needs:???????? Contact beneficiaries, targeting a diverse population from several locations in Jordan.???????? Conduct focus group discussions and interviews with beneficiaries using design research tools???????? Provide consistent feedback to design researchers on design research tools?Assist with data collection, documentation and entry:???????? Take notes during focus group discussion with beneficiaries and enter data into templates developed by the design specialist and the design researchers.???????? Report notes and feedback on the focus group discussions to the design specialist and the design researchers.?Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions:????????
