This is your opportunity to join a forward-thinking, exciting business- applying to join our business is easy.Your roleAs a farm assistant, you will be responsible for collecting and grading hatching eggs, walking the poultry sheds with bird Welfare at the forefront of each task. The role includes feeding the birds, collecting floor eggs, taking samples, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and biosecurity on farm. Whilst providing assistance and support to farm management across a wide variety of farming activity, this Farm Assistant role is very much a first step in a career in agriculture. The successful candidate will live Welfare as a Condition in all that they do. They will contribute to the efficient running of the laying farm and have the opportunity to learn hands on how to produce high quality hatching eggs. Simultaneously, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow and development via our bespoke Agriculture Academy.
