International Medical Corps is looking for an experienced consultant or a group of consultants to undertake an end of the project evaluation for a ?Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office? (FCDO) [formerly DFID] funded project, named ?Specialized Protection Intervention for Vulnerable Refugees and host communities in Jordan? implemented by International Medical Corps (IMC) from April 2018 ? March 2021.Terms of reference (ToR)International Medical Corps is a global humanitarian non-profit organization dedicated to saving lives and relieving suffering worldwide through health care training, relief, and development programs, established in 1984 by volunteer doctors and nurses. IMC?s engagement in Jordan sets back to 2003 where it has been responding to the emergency need of crisis in Iraq. The mission officially registered in 2007 to respond to the needs of the local communities in Jordan. Since 2012 IMC Jordan has been responding to the influx of Syrian refugees in Jordan. IMC?s innovative services and programs address the complex needs of the refugees both in urban and camp settings, as well as vulnerable host populations. Interested parties/individuals are kindly invited to submit a proposal explaining how they would approach the evaluation and how they meet the requirements in this call for consultancy. Proposals must be accompanied by a consultancy budget and biographies of the members of the evaluation team. Proposals should be submitted to the address provided in this call?by January 15, 2021.
