Job Description

  • Writing customized programs, SQL queries and scripts, as well as configuring ERP applications.
  • Provide ERP application training and support to clients and end-users.
  • Establishing ERP needs via business process analysis and consultation.
  • Performing diagnostic tests and resolving issues to optimize performance.
  • Assist in gathering requirements and documenting business process.
  • Manage schedules.
  • Direct and motivate the team.
  • Report project progress to the steering committee.
  • Point of contact for resolving issues from employees and the clients.
