Job Description

The ERP Development Specialist will be accountable to coordinate long-term and short-term ERP / applications related projects, coordinate resources required, and maintain and complete project documentation

  • Expected to generate knowledge about the current business process, design current business flows, study current business processes and its complications, in all we can say getting through with current business setup
  • Identify the business needs and transform them into logical and technical views.
  • Prepare the gap analysis and document the as-is and to-be processes.
  • Writing functional specs according to business needs
  • Implement identified business processes to the system or interact with the implementing partner to implement.
  • Understand business units? workflow and requirements and facilitates the implementation of any changing in business process on the software in a timely manner.
  • Design, implement, and monitor application workflows and process automation enhancements as identified through analyses
  • Prepare test scripts for testing the configured scenarios.
  • Ensure that proper training is given to the users and that the system is usable, performing appropriately and the business flow is complete and correct.
  • Before and during go live, assists in testing the behaviour of the system.
  • After Go live, ensure that the ERP System is working in an efficient and effective manner and has no problem while dealing with it.
  • Handling tickets and application support to the end users, when an issue comes diagnose, analyse, and solve the issue.
