Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.You will be working as an EPCs & Utilities Marketing Manager for Iraq market and will be part of Electrification Business Area for Distribution Solutions Division located in Amman, Jordan. In this role you will be responsible for Marketing & Sales of products/systems within a designated market in accordance with strategy. Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities.Your responsibilities

  • Promote and Sell products/systems to customers, focus on volume, mix and profitability target for assigned Business Units/Product Groups.
  • Establish and maintain effective customer relationship to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Prepare Marketing & sales plans using company tools, perform regular status review and propose recovery plan in cases of potential order shortfalls.
  • Ensure efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers. Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensure know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
  • Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and supports collection and project management activities when needed.
  • Prepare offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and/or the Sales Managers, ensure appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions.
Your background
  • Electrical Engineering.
  • 7 + years of experience.
  • Excellent Knowledge and experience in the Iraqi market
  • Strong character to deal with utility sector in Jordan, EPCs Turnkey projects HV Transformers power grid & utility MV switchgear.
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills..
