Conduct routine inspections of the Rooms Division and public areas and take immediate actions to correct any deficienciesHospitality Graduate from reputed Hospitality Educational Institute.At least 15 years of experience handling F&B and Rooms Division Operations.Comprehensive knowledge of F&B and Rooms Division working in high volume & high traffic hotel.Design strategies along with Sales & revenue team for Up selling and maximize F&B and Rooms revenue.Ability to motivate and inspire teams for peak performance.Ability to resolve Operational challenges with a quick turnaround time.Awareness of Guest satisfaction index with strategies for enhancing guest delight. Training & Coaching colleagues for delivering high quality service to guests.Have fair knowledge of engineering systems and procedures.Possess strong presence of mind while dealing with situations & unplanned events.
