Core Responsibilities:?úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAssist the Design Manger in conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and customer preferences,úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCreates detailed sketches and drawings, including material selection, for clearer concept visualization.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsures proper documentation of the technical detailed specs for each design/product and shares with the Production Centres to ensure quality, consistency, and effective communication throughout the entire product development lifecycle.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCollaborates with the Production Centres to create feasible product samples in line with the approved mood board, ensuring functionality, quality, and cost-efficiency.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿSupports the Corporate Sales team by providing technical design insights to streamline and improve the sales process for corporates.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿDevelops and maintain an up-to-date handicraft corporate sale deck.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿOversees the processes of the corporate requests approved by the Design Manger, to meet the specific requirements and preferences of corporate and individual clients.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAssists the Design Manager in fulfilling the external design requests (outside Jordan)úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAssists the Design Manger in conducting a comprehensive market research and analysis for the external projects -outside of Jordan.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsures the creation of the requested sample(s) through a proper collaboration between the design unit and the Production CentersúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCreates a mood board for JRD e-commerce under the supervision of the Design Manager, to maintain a consistent and visually appealing design throughout the e-commerce platform.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿProvides support in the daily operations of exhibitions -locally and abroad, including styling, sales, packaging, follow-up, shipping and more.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAssists the Design Manager in styling and setup coordination that aligns with the objectives and themes of JRFs major events, galas, and official visits,úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAssists the Design Manager in the decoration and styling of JRD showrooms in terms of display of new collection, launching new products, and exhibitions.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿSupports in producing, art enlargements or installations for JRD showrooms.ÿ
