Position Purpose:To set up and be accountable for the delivery of the design brief and site execution for each project,managing the designers' team and working with the Construction manager to ensure that the executionis adhered to for all new restaurant construction, existing restaurant remodeling, and major expansionprojects.Accountable for all real estate activities. Partners with the Construction Manager to optimize PLACE andto align goals with Corporate strategies, enhancing customer experience, convenience, and relevance byoptimizing the marketplace through new site development and the existing real estate portfolio, whilemaximizing system profits, regional income and return on investment.
