Position Purpose:To set up and be accountable for the delivery of the design brief and site execution for each project, managing the design team and working with the Construction manager to ensure that the execution is adhered to for all new restaurant construction, existing restaurant remodeling, and major expansion projects.Partners with the Construction Manager to optimize PLACE and to align goals with Corporate strategies, enhancing customer experience, convenience, and relevance by optimizing the marketplace through new site development, while maximizing system profits, regional income and return on investment.
