As young persons face particular difficulties when entering into the workforce or in protecting their rights, the research will also seek to focus specifically on challenges faced by refugee youth. More broadly, the research will be key for NRC?s durable solutions work within the region and for the development of strategies for increased refugee self-reliance. It can also help identify opportunities for integrated programming. NRC is therefore seeking to identify a Consultant to lead the development and roll-out of this survey, as well as to support NRC in analysing the survey data collected to inform key messages for NRC and other relevant actors.
