Culinary Innovation Senior OfficerDuties & Responsibilities* Create culinary standards/menu for RJ flights when needed and provide culinary guidance in the form of concept development, preparation, and presentations. * Gather, analyze, and interpret market data to identify emerging trends. * Ability to interpret consumer needs and/or behaviors that will lead to product innovation and development of current products. * Remains current on industry and consumer trends and knowledge; leads team in the development of on-trend, competitively superior food and delivers food news. * Continuously learning, tasting, exploring and researching food ideas, concepts, and relating them back to relevant ideas for RJ flights. * Develop and direct the design and development of new products and the improvement of existing products across all entire RJ network. * Develop innovative concepts that are in line with the customer needs and RJ passengers demographics. * Create menu specifications of weight, recipe guidelines etc. * Participates in accuracy of documentation of recipes and recipe costing and procedures. * Ensures the consistent application of culinary development standards, processes, and established methodologies. * Supports testing, refining, evaluation, and implementation of preparation techniques, processes, or tools for existing or new product development * Build closer collaboration with the teams in the planning, equipment and operation and deploy best practices.Skills* Communication skills * Team player * Very good command of English and Arabic Language * Problem-solving * Culinary background is a plus * Knowledge of menu development, recipe creation and menu engineering. * Strong knowledge in diverse cuisine. * Excellent knowledge in computer skills and MS-Office applications. * Good analytical skills.EducationBachelors Degree in Hospitality Management or any Related field Job Location Amman, Jordan Job Role Other Years of Experience Min: 0 Max: 5 Residence Location Jordan
