About us..?Events AVP? is a Technical Event Management company offering production, design and AV rental services for live events and functionsÿis looking to fill the position of Crew Logistics Coordinator.Employment Details:-Full-time employment in Amman, Jordan ? starting with a trial period of 3 months-Salary depends on skills level.Responsibilities

  • Create daily crew schedules and tasks for the team.
  • Make sure all crew is organized as per the schedule.
  • Arrange all crew transportation.
  • Supervise onsite over time and deliver the reports on time.
  • Supervise all petty cash and expenses on site with organized sheets to be handed over to the financial department
  • Ensure that the PMs and other crew are aware of crew placement, arrival and departure dates
  • Create a quarterly equipment maintenance schedule, and follow up on the progress.
