About iHorizons:We iHorizons is a leading IT software and e-Business solutions provider with a variety of solutions and services which includes but not limited to; web-based content management, Intranet portals, Mobile Apps, Business Process Automation, Managed Operations, IT program management, IT consulting, cloud computing services, Arabic language technologies & Social media analytics.JOB SUMMARYThe Strategy & Competitor Intelligence team analyzes a variety of high impact, dynamic opportunities and developments in iHorizons markets in order to create and implement strategies that will advance our growth and competitive positioning.Key Responsibilities:-He/She will be responsible to Support the implementation of Strategy Management & the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) across the firm.

  • Coordinate in Corporate & Business Unit Strategy (including partnerships & alliances)
  • Coordinate in Strategic Monitoring & execution
Other Role/Responsibilities:
  • Assist CEO to track and provide analytical reports on the development of strategic initiatives, financial performance and the market
  • Coordinate with regional /head offices and industry bodies for reporting activities and general administrative affairs
  • Carry out specific management projects falling outside the scope of Operations
  • Develop and communicate strategic roadmap, corporate strategies and business strategies
  • Consolidate and produce business plans and review together with other business heads
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc research papers / reports on business development and market landscape
  • Complete all reporting activities accurately and on time
  • Track and report performance on organizational objectives and engagement objectives (Balanced Scorecard) & drive productivity score of the assigned project on a regular basis
  • Provide expert guidance to direct planning, controlling, monitoring and reporting of significant projects and program events
Qualifications and Experience
  • Education : Post Graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Bachelor degree
