Job Description

Job Brief:Responsible for enhancing the consumers? experience throughout the whole customer journey, in addition to executing and coordinating the retention programs and campaigns designed to reward and retain customers.Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and conduct analyses for enhancing behavioral customer segmentation
  • Design and enhancement of data-driven retention marketing campaigns
  • Continuous monitoring and reporting of customer retention KPIs
  • Working with cross-functional teams to lead the preparation, ,creation and launch of retention marketing campaigns
  • Designing and conducting A/B tests for enhanced customer segmentatiofferingd/or offer design
  • Continuous monitorin,g, reporting and analysis of retention campaigns performance
  • Competitive benchmarking of acquisition and retention offerings
  • Utilize market research findings to enhance retention offerings and customer experience
