Job Description

Job Brief: Responsible for ensuring Umniah?s policies and procedures compliance with regulatory standards and obligations, in addition to performing regular audits, implementing Umniah?s policies and design control systems.Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify compliance requirements and assess strategic, operational, reporting and compliance risks associated with the organization?s operations
  • Advise the management on the applicable obligations and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and regulatory requirements by performing regular planned and ad-hoc compliance risk assessments and testing
  • Report Compliance and ERM results to the management on a regular basis
  • Develop and maintain compliance framework, policy, process and procedures, and its implementation across the organization
  • Resolve employees? concerns about legal compliance
  • Centralize all information on compliance and ERM related registers
  • Engage with key stakeholders to build solid relationships, improve processes, share knowledge and develop a compliance and risk culture
  • Follow-up on non-compliant issues to determine implementation status of corrective actions
  • Educate/ advise employees on aspects related to governing law compliance
  • Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed
  • Assess company operations to determine compliance risk
