  • Handling the daily end to end onboarding of new clients onto the platform.
  • Investigating client onboarding applications flagged for manual review (due to missing or suspicious documents); requesting clients to submit the missing or correct documents to complete their onboarding.
  • Coordinating with the Customer Success team to respond to any client queries on the status of their onboarding applications or any general questions related to onboarding.
  • Checking and approving renewed documents submitted by the clients on an ongoing basis.
  • Performing additional reviews on clients KYC documents on an ongoing basis.
  • Flagging suspicious new client ups and reporting them to the MLRO.
  • Supporting the Compliance & Risk officers with any other tasks as delegated.
