The case workers will assess the married children and their spouses/caregivers to better understand early marriage root causes, understand their perceptions and behaviors and their current needs as wellJob Responsibilities- Apply guiding principles in working with children.- Provide a safe, non-judgmental, and empowering environment to the early married cases.- Communicate and work effectively and appropriately with Early Married children and their families.- Interviewing Early married cases at their homes and their caregivers when needed and conducting in-depth assessment and research in a way to understand the early marriage including the root causes and the differences between their perceptions and behavior.- Conduct follow-ups to the early married cases in order to assess their needs and facilitate their access to the needed services by referring them internally or externally using the Inter-Agency Referral Form.- Filing and maintaining case history reports.- Document all data collected in the appropriate client record in a timely manner, using the Early Marriage Assessment.- Following a strict code of ethics and protecting any confidential information at all times.- Perform other job-related duties as requested by Supervisor.- Other duties as assigned.
