Job Description

Support the restaurant by processing all cash transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures.Core Responsibilities:

  • ÿGreeting customers with a great attitude.
  • Operating cash registers quickly and accurately.
  • Answering customer questions.
  • ÿPreparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee.
  • ÿBalancing cash registers.
  • ÿOrdering, receiving, and distributing stock supplies.
  • ÿHandling returns, exchanges, and complaints.
  • ÿAnswering phones as needed.
  • ÿMaintaining a safe and clean work environment.
  • Helping with stocking, cleaning, stock count, and other duties as needed.
  • ÿKeep checkout areas and workspace clean to ensure efficient processing.
  • ÿBalance sales and receipts according to company procedure.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions.
