Consultant and Requirements and RequirementsThe Business Development and Entrepreneurship SMT will work closely with the project team, and the partnered CBOs in the implementation of the capacity-building training program to enhance the capacity of the HBB owners as well as CBOs staff to enable them managing their HBBs properly and successfully. The objective of this training is to equip refugees with entrepreneurship skills that allow them to develop business ideas and start businesses with or without local counterparts. On completion of the program, all participants will: 1. able to identify and develop different business ideas. 2. able to conduct assessment and select a feasible business idea. 3. able to develop a bankable business plan. 4. Receive grant to start and improve the business 5. able to address the most urgent need for business management.Scope of Work:- Provide Technical support and Training to new HBBs and Existing with technical support Design onsite and online training sessions, using various entrepreneurship modules,- Developing training materials according to the training needs of the beneficiaries. The training topics are: product development, packaging, costing, QC, and processing best practices (one to one According to the needs of HBBs).- Conduct the preliminary assessment to assess the capacity and needs of the entrepreneurship training participants.- Deliver the training and report on its progress regularly.- Support the training participants to identify and develop potential business ideas through learning and individual or group (based on similar business ideas) coaching/mentoring activities.- Make sure that the business ideas developed by refugees are feasible Match refugee potential ideas with Jordanian business partners with the same line of business- Support the training participants to prepare a bankable business plan through individual or group (based on similar business idea) learning and coaching/mentoring activities- Assess and select potential business plan proposals from participants that will be financed by the grant (in coordination with project team).- Support the training participants to start the business through individual or group (based on similar business ideas) coaching/mentoring activities.- Monitor the progress and performance of the businesses established by refugees and their counterpart- Submit final financial and activity report on the entrepreneurship training, business establishment, and grant disbursement.- Guide the HBBs with the proper MFIs to introduce them about the financial services and how to correctly invest the funds.- Guide the HBBs with the proper market to expand and explore new opportunities. *QualificationThe consultant must have strong knowledge and practical experience in community and SMEs development, should have the following qualifications: * Graduate degree in business, economic, business development, sociology or related field.* At least 10 years? experience in Micro and small businesses. * Experience in fieldwork and project management* Excellent communication skills with the private sector and local community * Extensive experience in curricula development, facilitation and training* Has strong knowledge on the Jordan economic and fully aware of the Jordan context and the local market and open sectors for Syrians* Maintain confidentiality of participants.* Ability to successfully communicate both orally and in writing.* Interpersonal skills and work under pressure
