POSITION DESCRIPTION:Job Title:????????????Business Development Specialist?(Part Time)Location:???????????(Remotely (From Home)) preferred in Amman, JordanReporting to:?????Business Development Director?Expected to work from Sunday to Thursday from 09:30 AM till 03:00 PMABOUT MASHARQ.COM:A Start-up Information Technology Company was established to innovate a system of an online Recruitment Marketplace (B2B), completely functional in both Arabic and English, serves in the Gulf and the Middle East to manage the hiring process through the platform and to deliver High-Caliber Candidates faster to Employers.HQ in Amman, with presence in Saudi and UAE.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The BDS will be responsible for Saudi Arabia Market.
  • Telling and shaping the company story, helping us launch our new platform and company mission.
  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
  • Generate leads and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales.
  • Maintains daily minimum goals of 50 sales calls.
  • Submit daily and weekly reports.
  • Maintains documentation of customer contact and account updates.
  • Creatively thinking about how we improve our own sales process including new ways to articulate tangible value to clients.
  • Working towards and exceeding your sales targets that relate to business leads and opportunities generated.
  • Acting and thinking like a market expert (not a product pusher).
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Arabic language is a must.
  • English language.
  • Previous business to business sales experience.
  • Previous employment experience in Business Development or Account Management or Sales.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills & presents ideas effectively.
  • Effective time management skills & well organized.
