The budgeting officer is responsible for implementing the work related to the preparation of the budget, in addition to the implementation of the procedures related to planning and financial analysis, which includes the preparation of reports and administrative accounting, which will assess and develop the financial status of the institution.Responsibilities:-Monitoring the disbursement of the budget and approving the purchase orders for the project-Review financial claims and ensure that they comply with the institutions disbursement procedures-Monthly closing of the accounting records related to the projects and ensuring that the accounting records are consistent with the budget data-Preparing financial reports for donors?-Participate in the preparation of proposed project budgets-Keep documents, records, files and reports relevant to the job updated continuously
