Job Description

You will play a crucial role in the repair and restoration of vehicles involved in accidents or other damages. Your expertise in bodywork and craftsmanship will be essential in ensuring that vehicles are restored to their pre-accident condition with the highest level of quality and precision.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collision Repair: Perform comprehensive bodywork and collision repairs on a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs.
  • Damage Assessment: Inspect damaged vehicles to assess the extent of the damage and determine the necessary repair procedures.
  • Frame Straightening: Utilize advanced frame straightening equipment to realign vehicle frames and chassis to factory specifications.
  • Sheet Metal Repair: Repair and replace damaged body panels, including fenders, doors, hoods, and quarter panels.
  • Welding and Fabrication: Perform welding and fabrication work as needed to repair structural components and create custom solutions.
  • Paint Preparation: Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and priming to ensure a smooth and flawless finish.
  • Painting: Apply paint and finish coats to vehicles, ensuring color matching and a high-quality paint finish.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality inspections to ensure all repairs meet industry standards and customer expectations.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and calibrate tools and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of repair work, parts used, and labor hours for billing and warranty purposes.
